Andrea and Cesar Muniz arrived on the Island two years ago from Ely, NV. Ely is a small mining town nestled in the mountains about 3 hours from Las Vegas. The Island drew them here and the idea of owning their own business and serving the community delicious, fresh and unique items has allowed them to flourish.

Lady’s Slipper Cafe opened in June 2014. The theme of the cafe is redefine dining in the Montague area. All of our dishes are created here from scratch with a variety of seasonings some originating from Cesar’s homeland of the Dominican Republic. We have been so well received by the community and our customers have now become friends.
